The PROESTATE has diverse business program and Forum is supported by the Ministry of Construction of Russia. We, as well as the Ministry of Construction, are confident, that the Russian real estate market is undergoing a significant transformation towards the improving of quality of construction and design. Special attention will be paid to innovations this year at the Forum. For the past five years Group of companies Spectrum has launched three innovations: BIM-modeling, R & D - computer modeling and cloud services. It is very important for us to share our experience with the Forum participants and to get feedback regarding their expectations from the engineering companies.
This year we are already partners of the conference Vedomosti, dedicated to progressive business technologies in development. In addition, within the ARE master class our experts will share their experience concerning BIM based project management. We are inviting all interested to join the dialogue and discuss technological innovations perspectives in the Russian real estate market.
